Case Manager - intake and assessment (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
