Silverline Iron Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
