Case Manager - intake and assessment (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
