Case Manager - intake and assessment (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
