Case Manager - intake and assessment (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
