Case Manager - intake and assessment (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
