Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
