Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
