Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
