Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cobalt Property Management Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
