Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Haven Housing manages affordable housing communities across Anchorage, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
