Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Ridge Property Management is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
