Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Anchorage. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
