Case Manager - intake and assessment (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Sable Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
