Case Manager - intake and assessment (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Albuquerque, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
