Case Manager - intake and assessment (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Albuquerque, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
