Case Manager - intake and assessment (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
