Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Beacon Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
