Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
