Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Timber Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
