Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Iron Property Management is a Tulsa property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
