Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Tulsa, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
