Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Group is a Tulsa property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
