Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
