Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
