Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline North Property Management manages apartment communities around Tucson. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
