Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Toledo, OH)

Cedar North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Toledo caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
