Bright Granite Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field.
