Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
