Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Spokane with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
