Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Spokane, WA)

Nova Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Spokane, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
