Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Spokane. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
