Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Spokane, WA)

Nova Maple Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
