Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Umber Civic Services works with county and city offices around Seattle, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
