Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Loom Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
