Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lantern Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
