Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
