Westbrook Pine Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
