Ironwood Amber Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals.
