Foxglove Rook Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
