Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Reno, NV)

Summit Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Reno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Reno. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
