Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Redstone Timber Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
