Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Spokane, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
