Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Harborlight Willow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
