Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Tulsa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
