Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
