Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Bright Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
