Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Silverline Wilder Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
