Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Cedar Union Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
