Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
